Our founder and CEO, TJ Dunham, has first-hand experience leading a team of traders as a fund partner. George Fox, our COO, brings genuine battle-tested organizational skills to keep everything moving forwards. Jasper Wigley serves as Head of Business Development, leveraging his proven expertise from both the traditional fintech and digital worlds. AJ DiValerio drives revenue as CRO, utilising his stellar resumé to push ARC to success. Last but certainly not least, Henry Syahputra is the CTO, responsible for the rapidly accelerating development effort of ARC’s revolutionary aggregator system, and creating Reactor.

Anthony brings nearly a decade of innovative startup experience to ARC. He most recently held a leadership role at Oura (Oura Ring) and was responsible for de-risking and operationalizing critical initiatives, advancing corporate strategy, and expanding the company’s growth portfolio. As Oura’s Director of Strategy, Innovation & Business Operations, he provided operational leadership, resource allocation, and priority alignment amongst the company’s executives.
Previously, Anthony founded and led a digital transformation travel experience company, ViewTag, which achieved worldwide adoption, driving digital transformation in travel. Serving as ViewTag’s co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, he led product development, partnerships and business operations for the travel technology company which went on to operate in over 50 countries. He led and managed international cross-functional teams and stakeholders in areas of corporate strategy, finance, HWP & SWP, manufacturing, integrations, logistics, and programming while strictly adhering to global regulatory compliance standards.
Anthony’s rich array of experience makes him the perfect fit for ARC. As Reactor rapidly expands in scope, he will ensure ARC continues to go from strength to strength, rooting the business in best-practice and maximising output. Welcome AJ!
Aris has over 20 years of experience in software development, most recently as project manager for a mobile development platform. This extensive range of expertise makes him the perfect fit to join our team as back-end developer, managing production right from the start. His experience across a wide range of development areas and in a variety of coding languages make him the perfect fit for our all-star developer team and we are confident Aris can take ARC to the next level and ensure our products are the best on the market. Congratulations Jasper, who has recently been promoted from our Senior Accounts Manager to Head of Business Development! Jasper has a plethora of experience working across traditional marketing, BD and product design roles, achieving significant milestones that drive business success in these areas.
Beyond handling major product launches for Primark & New Look, Jasper drove digital marketing campaigns in the music industry, achieving over 3 million streams for Viska, solely through organic campaigns. Being aware of the Web3 space for several years, Jasper naturally began becoming increasingly attracted to and immersed in the world of DeFi. Through personal investment and founding his own crypto-media & consultancy Brand, his knowledge of the space grew exponentially.
Due to his involvement with ARC during the project’s earliest days and most formative moments, Jasper has become a familiar face to many in the community, as well as in the space at large.
From helping to manage ARC’s social media presence and marketing campaigns to driving ARC’s company partnerships and collaboration, his work ethic and passion for the organization have made him an essential cog in the ARC machine. Combining his hunger and experience, both within ARC and elsewhere, Jasper is the perfect fit, driving our sales and running accounts.
As ARC’s resident scrum master & recently promoted to CTO, Henry helps to ensure that our developer team is always operating at peak efficiency. He’s worked for MNCs based in Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia, using just about every technology stack under the sun.
In addition to coordinating teams, his own personal developer skills are also nothing short of extraordinary. With an impressive history in the crypto world, Henry has most recently been building on Avalanche & Solana which nicely rounds out the blockchain expertise within the ARC team. Henry has contributed to the design of an integrated DEX, built links between blockchains & off-chain systems, and managed crypto apps on iOS and Android. Past experience implementing complex systems used by >10 million subscribers will be particularly valuable as ARC continues to scale.
TJ is the founder and CEO of ARC, and has a wealth of business management expertise along with a deep understanding of both traditional and decentralized finance. He has the knowledge and drive to develop ARC into a market-leading aggregator solution that will open the floodgates to crypto mass adoption.
From managing a team of international employees and traders while partner at a forex, commodities, and crypto trading firm, TJ has a first-hand understanding of what’s necessary to create a product that will appeal to both retail users and large institutions. He has already used his expertise in many award-winning blockchain projects before taking the helm at ARC.
George brings an impressive mix of military and business experience to ARC— a perfect match for ensuring success in one of the world’s most dynamic industries. As COO, he specializes in providing structure and organization to increase ARC’s output and efficiency.
His service as a British Army officer in Afghanistan included a number of high-profile roles, managing hundreds of soldiers in extremely challenging environments. Planning time-sensitive operations in highly complex and high-risk situations are skills that are obviously highly transferrable to the corporate world, and George subsequently worked in several international start-ups in different fields, coordinating remote teams to drive growth and ensure commercial viability.
